RENT INCLUDES:

• Bed with a quality mattress measuring 200 x 90 cm
• Wardrobe, desk, chair
• Weekly cleaning of common areas and bathrooms
• Use of vacuum cleaner, refrigerator, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer in the laundry
• Use of garden and bicycle storage

RENTAL CONDITIONS:

• It is possible to rent parking spaces in front of the house (extra charge)
• Payment of the security deposit is in the amount of 1-month installment
• The monthly installment consists of rent (depending on the room) and costs (55 EUR per month)
• The lease is concluded for a period of one or two semesters (winter semester: 1.10.-14.2., spring semester: 15.2.-30.6.)
• The lessor is not liable for VAT, so the price does not include VAT
• The lessor undertakes not to change the rental price during the year for already concluded contracts

HOUSE RULES:

• Organized cleaning takes place approximately every 2 weeks for common areas and toilets
• The tenant is obliged to maintain order and cleanliness in his room, kitchens, toilets and common areas throughout his stay. After using kitchen utensils and dishes, they must be stacked in kitchen cabinets
• Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
• Pets are not allowed.
• The tenant will separate the waste and regularly take it to the containers in front of the house.
• Between 10 pm and 7 am, it is necessary to respect roommates and neighbors, so noise is not allowed.
• Adjust the volume accordingly between 7 am and 10 pm so as not to disturb your roommates during study and rest
• The tenant will use clean slippers and shoes in rooms where walking in footwear is prohibited (kitchens, bathrooms, rooms).
• The filter must be cleaned after each use of the tumble dryer.
